-Some flexibility to the hours you work -Paid training -Location

Desventajas

-Management is a joke -Only top collectors are valued -HR is horrible and doesn't take anything serious unless it makes them look bad -No phones allowed in the building not even for an emergency -Managers are abusive -Pay scale is terrible -No raise if you have to miss two days of work and don't have time to cover the hours you miss -Employees are severely micromanaged -Lack of communication to the employees -The CEO is sexist and plays favorites -The three company locations don't communicate policies the same. -No room for growth

The immediate team you work with is amazing - thats it

Desventajas

Everything. No raises on over five years, retaliation against those who speak up, no communication, pizza parties instead of bonuses, loads of work for minimum wage pay, a CEO who is toxic and hangs golf's with his boys who also work there instead of helping his company, predatory against their own collectors, never work here.
