Ventajas

It’s a great place to work, you have the option of working remotely and the schedule is flexible. You can plan your own schedule

Desventajas

The pay rate is low and you have to work till 7pm or 8pm on certain days. Their job turn over is and there is not a lot of career progression

The immediate team you work with is amazing - thats it

Desventajas

Everything. No raises on over five years, retaliation against those who speak up, no communication, pizza parties instead of bonuses, loads of work for minimum wage pay, a CEO who is toxic and hangs golf's with his boys who also work there instead of helping his company, predatory against their own collectors, never work here.
