Ventajas
- Good social scene and some great pool of people to work with. - Fast pace environment which makes it easy for the time to pass by (until you're working 12 hours a day). - Depending on which team you are placed in - you can have a laugh with some of your colleagues. - Adverts and business development side is done for you. - Working for leading industry clients (yet hardly ever exclusively). - Decent initial training scheme.
Desventajas
- Bullying and blame culture. - Job insecurity - a person would get fired or resign once a fortnight. - Working hours 8:30 - 5:30 are a complete lie. You are expected to work at least do 8:00 - 6pm, yet if you're underperforming you would have to show effort in order to keep your job and therefore work a lot longer than that. - Management and Senior staff are very cliquey - Most grads view this opportunity as a temporary job. - Pure sales, none technical by the jobs nature.
