      Ventajas

      Worked in the UK office for 3 years. There were only 3 of us so we were very flexible and much autonomy to own your own projects. Worked remotely with development who were based in India

      Desventajas

      The only area was no development opportunities

      Ventajas

      The can-do attitude and camaraderie of the team keep everyone going. The flexibility and work-life balance are phenomenal. Yes you work hard and often odd hours but you can do it on your terms. Lots of respect and empowerment from upper management.

      Desventajas

      It has been a challenging year for sales and the bottom line but things are really looking up for 2016.
