Desventajas
There are very low possibilities to stay in the company after an intern program. If you are able to do that don't expect a good salary because Class actually is not in a good moment, so they're going to propose "original" solutions.
Dynamic and young colleagues. Headquarter well placed in the centre of Milan. Good work / life balance and flextime. Good place to start as Journalist or Content Editor.
Desventajas
Not so fair and clear about employment contracts and payments. Senior management almost missing and not interested in merit and subordinates work conditions.
