      Ventajas

      Good HR Manager and good IT team as well as operations management, Most of the Traffic Control employees are good, There is a lack of direction from upper management and it literally trickles down to the rest of the employees.

      Desventajas

      HR team in Lodi lacks urgency of priorities. Leadership has unclear vision and it impacts the whole company. The more you work the more your work load increases. Promotions are not done based on performance.

      I have nothing but amazing things to say about City Rise Safety. It's an incredible place to work for and to be!

      Majority of workers are great to work with.

      Desventajas

      Leadership does not know how to lead. Incompetent Managers are not addressed. Too many unqualified Managers micromanage.
