Ventajas

Managers show favoritism. When you are on the bench, the bench manager treats you poorly, almost like a slave. If you miss a call, they immediately escalate the issue and send an email to HR recommending termination. If you're lucky, you might get assigned to a project — but usually only for a few months. They force you to complete a lot of useless training sessions. Overall, it’s a bad choice for your career.

Desventajas

Under the new CEO Rajan, the company has become even worse. - There are hardly any projects available; top management spends most of their time playing politics. - There is no career growth. - The company falsely markets itself as a healthcare technology expert. - Clients can terminate projects at any time, and CitiusTech management simply watches without taking any action to protect their teams. - Although it is a private company on paper, the top management behaves like unmotivated government employees.
