Ad-hoc development cycle - India centre's work culture is very poor. - Nepotism is prevalent here across all the teams. Company Director is indulged in such malpractices. - Company believe in HIRE and FIRE policy. Read your offer letter carefully to sense of it. - No career growth. - Policies are person oriented not same for everyone. - Management is busy in their own daily gossips and politics against others. - India HR is pathetic & crap. - Some people are favored and they get promotions and hikes. - Management trick employees to post good reviews.
