Ventajas

Flexible work schedules, which becomes a con than a pro

Desventajas

Too many, lots of work stuffed and no appreciation. No job security. Never ever work on their sales or sales support. If you get an offer, ask much more than market rate, coz you'd never know whose ego will trip when and they will fire for no valid purpose.

Ventajas

I found it Centroid Centroid to be a terrific place to work. Management is supportive, benefits are good and teams work well together and are accountable.

Desventajas

As with any tech firm there are long hours but Flex Time is provided when weekend work occurs

Ventajas

100% Remote, Challenging projects promote learning on the fly. PMO staff and technical resources are top notch. Good environment if you’re purely technical and have no personal growth goals.

Desventajas

They don’t grasp work/life balance and you’re nothing but a billing machine with no recognition or financial incentives. Poor bonus plan and I hope you don’t expect a raise as the company does not believe in them. Ignore the bonus number on your offer letter as they only pay out a percentage of it. Venture Capital is running the show, not Centroid mgmt, and they could care less about employees. I knew quickly that Centroid would not be a long term engagement. HR is condescending and your voice does not matter. Salaries are kept artificially low by hiring lower wage H1Bs.
