Ventajas

Possible not directly, but you are helping to fight the most deadliest disease on the face of the earth. "Out of this world" benefits package, that does not exist anymore anywhere else.
Desventajas
However, what is going on in some of the departments and IT in particular it's devastating. You can call it "growth pains", you can call it "long overdue changes", but the truth of the matter is it's not normal, it's anything but normal. Work place bullying, harassment, backstabbing, and favoritism do very much exist and it's painful to watch how smart, loyal and hard working employees are FORCED OUT by toxic work environment created for them by "manager's favorites". HR simply "closes their eyes" and tolerates a very bad behavior pretending that nothing really happens. How many more good people will have to "jump ship" for them to understand that there is a problem, an extremely serious problem.
