The company touts its "human-centric design process" and now they're bringing in a bunch of development folks from Apple, the antithesis of that mentality. The development process has already shifted to be more like Apple (internal management systems, don't give a crap about what our customers want, etc.). -There are so many competitors in this space, it's whack-a-mole trying to keep everyone in check.
