      - Great BDR leadership - Understanding of learning curve - great collaboration with other BDRs - Friendly competition

      Desventajas

      - There are a lot of quick pivots that might slow you down in your daily work, and leave you confused for a couple of days until you get back up to speed. If a fast paced environment with lots of changes isn’t your favorite this might not be for you! But if you maintain a positive outlook and look for leadership’s help you’ll thrive!

      Ventajas

      2023 was quite the year for Customer Success at Cascade. There were lots of changes and several new faces joined the team at both a leadership and IC level. The product is reasonably complex, which makes Customer Success'ing perhaps a little more challenging than a rull-of-the-mill SaaS company. However I think the company ackowledges this and has done a great job of laying the right foundations in terms of people and process for a successful 2024.

      Desventajas

      As mentioned, the product is exciting but can be quite complex and is best suited to larger organizations that have a strong change management culture already in place. That isn't necessarily the case with every customer, and that can make the job of Customer Success at Cascade a challenge at times.

      Lack of training and low pay. A lot of miscommunication
