Ventajas

- Management provides little oversight on how you run your territory - Very little communication with management - Great co-workers

Desventajas

- Very complicated pay plan (if you went to MIT, you should be able to figure it out) - Managers will be the owners of accounts in your territory - Managers are also salespeople and will sell accounts in your territory, so you will compete with them (with no recourse) - Everything will change all the time to the salesperson's detriment - The guarantee for the first 3-months is a draw, so there's no benefit to sell those first 3-months (and they won't tell you this)

Ventajas

The editors actually edit instead of sending silly edit requests; the people are so friendly and happy to talk with you; payroll is regular and bi-weekly; direct deposit, so no need to mess with PayPal and its fees and transfer times; excellent pay on most articles; and easy writer interface to work with.

Desventajas

Some articles are lower paying; there are sometimes lulls in available work; payroll issues are slow to be resolved at times; and you cannot select your own topics, they assign them to you.
