      Ventajas

      I learned a lotthe last couple years, extremely nurturing and supporting environment for learning, and we always work on intellectually challenging and interesting projects

      Desventajas

      Sometimes it's hard to get fast feedback on code sure to busy schedules and small teams. Due to the cutting edge nature of the work, there's often a lot of ambiguity involved which isn't ideal as a new hire (but peer are always open to help)

      Lots of interesting problems to work on and tons of support to do those well

      Desventajas

      Fast paced workplace with lots of deadlines. If that’s not something you’re interested in I’d stay away

      - Everyone in my department was great, they prioritize hard work and efficiency but also maintain a fun and friendly environment with good people - Good pay, and great structure and assignments for an intern to grow - My manager prioritized work life balance

      Desventajas

      - Lack of women and people of color in the company, especially engineers and higher up roles
