      Ventajas

      The work here is extremely fulfilling, as there are ample opportunities to work with cutting edge tech and solve meaningful real-world problems. The culture is also very tight-knit, non-hierarchal, and everyone is always looking to help each other out.

      Desventajas

      CRL is still fairly young and is in the process of scaling many procedures that the company has outgrown with an increasing number of employees. Naturally, things can be somewhat hectic in this refactoring phase.

      Lots of interesting problems to work on and tons of support to do those well

      Desventajas

      Fast paced workplace with lots of deadlines. If that’s not something you’re interested in I’d stay away

      Ventajas

      - Everyone in my department was great, they prioritize hard work and efficiency but also maintain a fun and friendly environment with good people - Good pay, and great structure and assignments for an intern to grow - My manager prioritized work life balance

      Desventajas

      - Lack of women and people of color in the company, especially engineers and higher up roles
