      Ventajas

      Annual Leave is better than most

      Desventajas

      No support from senior management. Progression was not an option. Senior management have no idea what happens day to day and just make it up as they go along. Sadly who they know and if they play golf gets you to higher positions. Hard work does not pay off

      Worked for a friendly small team that helped each other out and showed each other respect and understanding when times got tough.

      Desventajas

      my contract was only temporary. Hope to work in the same team again.
