      Desventajas

      Its the place where literally they suck the hell out of you. Late night staying is in its core culture. Irritant team lead and manager will make sure your life is worth not living. Even Sunday is not spared and you need to come to support deployment on a very regular basis. A startup company with very wrong mindset which thinks its employee as their bounded labour. Need to change or perish ..!!

      Excellent opportunity with executive support for success. Ability to contribute to immediate change. Great culture that encourages thinking and group participation. Willing to try new ideas and processes to bring success to the company. State of the art offices, 100% health care coverage. Great people!

      Desventajas

      Rapid growth requires an adaptive attitude that presents challenges to some people who are not comfortable with change, while on their feet or are not open to trying things another way, out of their comfort zone. This is not a place to work if you are not a hard working professional.
