      Ventajas

      - Institute, onboarding is zeer goed geregeld (uitdagend, buitenland, steile leercurve) - Leuke collega's/onderlinge cultuur op C/SC niveau

      Desventajas

      - Pure detachering qua opdrachten, targets P/VP niveau stimuleren detachering - Giftige werksfeer op P/VP niveau, vechten elkaar de tent uit onder druk van immer groeiende targets uit Parijs - Inconsequent HR-beleid (veel HBO+, niet aligned tussen teams - daarnaast wisselen hiring freezes en sprees elkaar constant af) - Laag salaris, elke euro wordt omgedraaid - Lage waardering (blijkt wel uit bonusstructuur, intransparante subjectieve promotiecycli); je bouwt een band op met de klant van je detacheringsopdracht in plaats van Capgemini

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Desventajas

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
