The only thing they didn't lie about was the salary. All other benefits they promised never came.
Desventajas
I work in the LATAM region which is headed by a Spanish feudal lord and a few of his closest friends, who are unethical and have no knowledge whatsoever of the industry. Decisions are made in the spur of the moment based on the Spanish team's mood swings as they consider everyone else inferior. Decisions are always to hire Spanish friends even if their credentials are phony. They are rude, offensive, and constantly discriminate. Upper management is fully aware but doesn't care. People are miserable, constantly looking for a job, and fired based on whims. Operations are always unethical and many times illegal since the Spanish team believes nobody goes to prison in Latin America, which seems to be their motto....as they repeat it everyday....
