Ventajas

The people working at this company are intelligent, humble, friendly and hardworking. Very nice work environment, feels like a family; and you are able to communicate/work with employees from all the different teams. I worked in production, and I can say that I wasn't bored for a second.

Desventajas

Not sure if they have any entry-level opportunities.

Ventajas

Interesting instrumentation, customers and science.

Desventajas

Dysfunctional in every business aspect. Complete disregard for customer satisfaction, poor quality and constant delays from France factory, disconnected-isolated management, no value in marketing, no HR presence and constant restructuring causing employee turnover. Very expensive, highly technical instruments serving a very interesting customer base - but the complete lack of interest in delivering a positive customer experience (on time delivery, quality products, reasonable install time, quality warranty response) makes all field roles immensely difficult. Customers recognize these issues, but Cameca exist solely due to the fact they are the sole supplier of most of their technologies - they simply can't compete where they experience competition.
