The overall culture can feel somewhat outdated, with practices and expectations that may not align with more modern or flexible working environments. For example, lunch breaks are strictly scheduled, and there is limited flexibility around personal routines during the day. Use of mobile phones during working hours is also actively discouraged. At times, the atmosphere can feel tense, particularly around senior leadership, which may contribute to a sense of unease within the office. Additionally, differing targets across teams can lead to internal disputes, occasionally resulting in friction or office politics rather than collaboration. The team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive since day one. I’ve been given meaningful responsibilities and the time I need to learn and settle into the role. Management strikes a great balance between guidance and autonomy, which makes it easy to take ownership of my work without feeling micromanaged. The equipment provided is excellent, and the workspace itself is comfortable, as it provides spacious desks, a well-stocked kitchen with fruits and free drinks, and an overall positive environment.
