Health risks. No proper filtration system for the aluminum metals float in the air. Many allergies amongst employees. Alcoholic workers are known and allowed to work with alcohol at their stations. Budget cuts due to loss of business. Office staff non professional. Educated qualified workers are over worked and under paid. Some workers work 6-7 days a week in order to Make a decent pay. Inventory- materials are never in stock. Personal lives don't matter. Employees nicknamed CSS - certified soul suckers. Company is slowly going out of business. Many qualified employees have resigned in past year. Most wish they could. If you want to be over worked and under paid and treated less than this is the place for you!
