Though good that the company gets most of the revenue from USA but very hard to get any business for the company outside US * Nepotism and pockets of political affiliations - Very difficult or impossible to make any change in the company given these political groups can be very powerful * Legacy technology - despite being a technology company, the adoption of latest trends is always minimal and delayed. * Tremendous financial pressures - given the leadership is judged by the financial results massive layoffs were undertaken. People have been let go despite there skills and what they have done for company * HR is non-existent
