      Ventajas

      None. Workloads are relentless, salary is underwhelming, and the benefits are awful.

      Desventajas

      Management demands extreme results yet fails to provide even basic support or resources needed to succeed. Expectations are unreasonable and set people up to struggle. Unless being pushed beyond your limits sounds appealing, avoid applying here.

      Ventajas

      Uncapped commissions on top of a base salary.

      Desventajas

      - There is no reason to work hard or give everything you have. - Nobody appreciates or recognizes your effort no matter how much you sacrifice. - The benefits are pathetic. - Even with uncapped commission, the pay is still insultingly low.

While it appears that you may have worked for one of our independent operating companies and not for CSC Generation (since CSC Generation does not employ any sales representatives or anyone in "B2B sales"), we certainly do not want anyone to have an employee experience that is contrary to the positive work experience we work hard to cultivate.
