Ventajas

If you are of Chinese descent they will give you more responsibilities, but they won't pay you more. You build strong bonds with those who suffer beside you. The observation deck is the perfect place for a telephone interview. The 3rd floor is set up like a frat house. They have strong profits with 1 contract with a drug company and they spend it on personal vehicles. Ever since the incident, they now have more security cameras. They save a lot of money.
Desventajas
You get paid less than the Jack-in-the-box down the street (I'm dead serious). Even those who are key to keeping everyone together are frequently abused by upper management. The COO will not purchase gloves to keep you safe from LEVEL 4 chemicals, so he can have an aquarium in his office Not OSHA compliant, One more safety review will have the place shut down and everyone jobless. Many safety regulations are ignored. They use fear and intimidation tactics to try to keep people in line. Upper management is toxic, literally and figuratively. Anyone above supervisor level is just looking out for themselves and will not hesitate to throw you under the bus. The COO 2nd interview is his stereotyping filter to keep the company 80% Chinese. If you are reading this even considering to apply to this company DON'T. Any review under 3 stars is true. If you are a recent grad do not fall for this trap for the experience. The chemicals will seep through you gloves and you will feel the side effects. Your nails will become brittle and your immune system weakened. Keep searching for another place. If you are a well experienced professional you are simply wasting your time. They will give you projects to finish in a week, and have you deviate at a moments notice, and blame you for the changes.
