Ventajas
Nothing comes to mind when thinking about my experience at this location
Desventajas
-Management is only concerned with their own well-being and advancement and not the well-being and advancement of others. -Management does not promote within and they do not acknowledge the hard work put in by employees. -Management creates a divided workplace by gossiping about other employees. They do not foster a friendly work environment. Also, management does not give employees the tools they need to succeed at their job. It is almost as if they want to see you fail. For example, instead of encouraging employees to further their education, management ignores and disregards any interest you show in gaining further education and work related licenses. -No ounce of professionalism from management whatsoever. They do not act in an ethical manner and it is apparent they have no morals and are only driven by money. They pay their employees the least possible while they take high salaries. They treat everyone like they are an object that can be disposed of and replaced at anytime. After you put in your two weeks notice you will suddenly become nonexistent at the office.
