Ventajas
Excellent benefits plan - ...The best I've ever seen. Theoretical pay scale is somewhat below normal but acceptable - except for - see Cons - This is a serious concern.
Desventajas
Full time employees compete with subcontractor-employees for the same projects - unpaid 74/7 on call status - Employee is ONLY paid if time is billable to a customer! There is no assurance that there will be any work assignments - you can go weeks with no income even though you remain on call and bound by a non-compete. At management whim you may find yourself with nothing to do and therefore no income. I was sanctioned for raising this concern. Sanctions consist primarily of no work assignments even though there is plenty of demand. I have filled in 'full time' in this survey but full time might consist of zero hours. Best you consider this just like an on-call contract with no minimum number of hours.
