Ventajas

The insurance was quite good (Blue Cross), with vision coverage included. Employees also got a week off over the holidays regardless of vacation hour status.

Desventajas

Definite split between the way men and women were treated in the Louisville, Ky. office. Men (and the occasional female "guy") got promotions constantly, but women who had been there years constantly were overlooked. If there was a private office, it belonged to a male.

Ventajas

- The people at CNET are some of the kindest and smartest I've ever worked with - Opportunity to grow/carve your own career path, as long as you're willing to put in the work - Team members at all levels are encouraged to have a voice and contribute to the bigger picture

Desventajas

- Change is constant and can get exhausting - Can be disorganized/all over the place (but I will say has made strides in this area over the years) - Significant workload, especially during certain times of year (September around Apple Announcement, Holiday/Q4) - if you don't like jobs that keep you busy then this is probably not the company for you
