      Ventajas

      The benefits are great. It is a fun place to work and employees enjoy socializing while still focusing on their work. The management is very open to the rest of the company and CNET seems willing to listen to what their employees have to say. The work environment is one that encourages productivity but also discourages stress.

      Desventajas

      There are few opportunities for career advancement at CNET. Organization is terrible and it is very hard for people to communicate with each other. As a result, a lot of time is wasted on needless errors and conflicts arising from the lack of communication between different parts of the company.

      Ventajas

      - The people at CNET are some of the kindest and smartest I've ever worked with - Opportunity to grow/carve your own career path, as long as you're willing to put in the work - Team members at all levels are encouraged to have a voice and contribute to the bigger picture

      Desventajas

      - Change is constant and can get exhausting - Can be disorganized/all over the place (but I will say has made strides in this area over the years) - Significant workload, especially during certain times of year (September around Apple Announcement, Holiday/Q4) - if you don't like jobs that keep you busy then this is probably not the company for you
