      Ventajas

      You will get very good salary if sign bond.

      Desventajas

      You will have to work very hard forever. Every task here is always critical. If you sit late night here than you are good employee otherwise not. Every weekend release. Google maps shows Saturday-Sunday off but in reality it is not. Only third Saturday is off.

      Ventajas

      It is a product-based company with 30+ years of stability. Opportunity to work with large enterprise customers of the US and UK for enterprise-class products. Having 5 days of working, Flexi timing, and fun events make it a fun place to work.

      Desventajas

      Nothing I came across. However as there are other companies with CIMCON name in that like CIMCON Lighting, CIMCON Automation, and CIMCON Software (India) Pvt. Ltd., there is confusion among employees before joining.
