-Micromanagers (varies by dept) -culture is lacking -constantly over promising clients -never meet deadlines & lose clients frequently -negative reputation in industry -no work life balance -very expensive health insurance -no job security/ frequent layoffs -barely any holidays off -overall very unorganized
