      Ventajas

      CHA es una excelente empresa para trabajar. Llevo casi 8 años con ellos y puedo decir sin dudarlo que es la mejor empresa en la que he trabajado. Valoran a sus empleados y tratan a todos con respeto.

      Desventajas

      No hay mucho que decir. Sinceramente, disfruto de mi trabajo.

      Ventajas

      Life Insurance, 401K match and benefits.

      Desventajas

      At Javan I was a person and treated with understanding and empathy. When Javan became CHA I became a number on a spreadsheet! No matter how good you are at your job, you are expendable!!! Subpar onboarding when given a new position. Upper management has a cut-throat leadership style which does not promote trust and teamwork. PTO is not awarded or structured by employee longevity but only by position held in the company which is terrible.
