Ventajas
Culture at CBA is generally positive. There is a strong focus toward the customer and the provision of services to the customer, even with back of office job roles. This makes for a common focus to achieve outcomes.
Desventajas
There is still unnecessary complexity in processes and interaction between service providers that needs to be simplified. The lean 6th sigma process excellence needs to be accelerated.
