There is never lack of work at the Lab, but we always encourage our employees to explore different options in the Lab since we have many different projects and opportunities for everyone to contribute. We look to be competitive when it comes to internship compensation, but you are right in that we take interns with limited knowledge and experience and provide them with an amazing learning and growth opportunity so that they can continue their career with us or elsewhere and get compensated fairly for the new real-world skills they've obtained at the Lab.
