Top management is straightforward when you do a mistake but at the same time respectful and emphatic. Since the company is mid-size, you still get access to CEO, which is good if you want to learn from him.

Sometimes you have to work long hours but that's normal in such a competitive environment and your efforts are recognized and compensated.

A fake "friendly" environment, where people talk on each others' backs. Moreover the only male management creates a creepy environment for women to work here.
