Ventajas
Senior Management is very supportive. Mainly the Managing Director Mr. Divakar Rao Kinthali himself. He takes equal partnership in internal work activities and makes the environment extremely employee friendly. Their relationship with clients is strong which gives you an opportunity to get absorbed at the multiple client base of Cadtech. Plenty of benefits. The accounts department is helpful. They take care of each and very employee with a very personal touch. Specially an individual named Mr. Tirupati who mainly handles accounts is very helpful. If you're passionate about CATIA (or any similar tool), Product design, Automotive interiors, Surfacing then this is a good place to kick start your career.
Desventajas
Internal team politics by the managers and team leads. Very discriminating behavior towards people coming from external regions. Unnecessary group politics by team leads. Polluting the brain of junior employees against higher management by the team leads is the first unique thing i noticed in this company. I could have had mentioned the names of two team leads as well, but that i don't feel will be a good thing on my part. I am sure the management can take care of such issues as a whole. One more important thing, Team leads communicate in regional language deliberately just to make sure you're not the part of learning and growth if you're an outsider. Spending one year is enough in this company (For Freshers). Two years of bond period is made with freshers which i feel is unnecessary still since its a part of company policy, you have to go with it.
