This company merged with IPM and it has been downhill ever since. Almost all long term senior staff members have left, they have very inexperienced portfolio managers in the corporate office (mostly due to the criminally low pay) and no one has any idea what they are doing. You will get a ton of positivity that is purely lip service when you do go to the corporate office. Nothing ever changes. There are a few long term people high up in the company that just promote their friends and family and will completely disparage anyone else who is not in their clique. It is one of the most toxic work environments I have ever been a part of. As of this review they have 59 job openings for not that large of a company., which should speak volumes to anyone paying attention abut how they treat their staff.
