When you think you know much, others can set you up. People resign frequently due to bad working relationship with the management. The pay is too poor, yet the volume of work is very high. Employees frequently spend extra hours at work. They don't pay for extra hours spent at work and they most times make their employees work on weekends. Frequent Violations of Contract agreements. They don't allow an employee go for leave even though leave is in the contract agreement. You can be called back to the office even at 8pm in the night if they need you to do something in the office which is a violation of the contract agreement of working from 8am-5pm.
