Ventajas
Best reasons to work at Byte? At the end of the day when it's time to leave for the day, I don't want to leave. I MISS this job when I am away from it, which has never been the case with any previous jobs. Byte truly cares about their employees, personally. We are not micromanaged, which allows us to use our creativity and knowledge to solve problems and implement solutions that work. We are listened to by upper management and valued. Byte encourages a healthy work/life balance, and understands that my family comes first. There is a ton of room for growth with Byte.
Desventajas
It's a startup, so you have to be flexible with changes almost daily. That being said, they are all changes that are allowing massive improvements, and it's worth being patient and willing to "pivot" from time to time.
