Ventajas
Relaxed atmosphere, 4-day work weeks. Employees are hard workers and try their best to be personal and forthcoming in their decisions. Only had to work outside of typical hours a handful of times in two years. I believe they receive some sort of benefits via the hospital allowing them to pass on expensive healthcare to their employees for cheap.
Desventajas
Management lacks formal education and approaches the business in a lackadaisical manner in areas such as compensation, business strategy and interactions with employees and business leaders. Each employee is required to work outside of their own specialization in order to produce projects that are improperly scoped and poorly funded in a timely manner. As a result, there are daily firefights.
