      Ventajas

      Amazing environment, since the company is small everyone knows who is who. I was able to persevere in this company because of the people and the good governance the company has for its people. Great colleagues and great unexpected food.

      Desventajas

      I've had basic salary ever since I started here, hope they could compensate the efforts and hard work people put into their jobs. No annual raise. Though good bosses, they can be moody and you have to win their favor or to be always on their good side. Work is always doubled or tripled and can be really overwhelming, I've had a few breakdowns during work.

      Ventajas

      The company maintains a community atmosphere. It has a good location, offering employees relative ease in going to work, unlike other major publications that are located in more congested areas.

      Desventajas

      Management has weakened compared to earlier years. The company is still able to recruit talented staff, but the relatively weaker training and leadership usually result in the loss of talents to other companies.
