Ventajas

- great pay - being as large of a supplier they are with access to product others cannot get - easier to succeed in sales with their manufacturing abilities and keeping everything in house

Desventajas

- no sales support - they want you to sell sell sell, but do not provide you with any help to support the business you earn - they have their favrotites and they take care of them - others don’t receive the same treatment - managers are very nonexistent - do not hire from within much (promote) - if the warehouse manager is really good at his job but wants to try sales - they will not allow so. They keep them where they are at with no opportunity to advance
