Ventajas

Compensation is fair for the industry. Team members are talented and genuinely try to make the best of a challenging environment.

Desventajas

The office is designed pretty for Youtube videos, but nothing works. The toilet paper is missing and ants everywhere. Basic safety standards are lacking. Work hours are highly inconsistent, with frequent weekend calls and last-minute demands. Employees may be filmed for company content (including the CEO’s YouTube channel) without clear consent or prior notice. Management lacks organization and clear communication; the CEO is heavily involved in daily operations and sort of expects you to figure out it all. Internal culture favors personal flattery over performance or contribution. 2023 appeared to be the last strong revenue year, and business performance has steadily declined since then. It's a total shit-show!

Kind co-workers who you know are being overworked but still show up with excellence everyday

Desventajas

- Rigid work hours with an expectation to be online and seated at a desk by 8:30am, which was a shock coming from a standard corporate environment where day started at 9A - Mediocre benefits that do not align with workload or expectations - Low morale due to pay disparities and an “always on” culture - Management frequently requests weekend work for non-emergency tasks that could wait until Monday - Lack of consistent leadership or consideration for employee workflow; priorities and launch plans shift on a whim, often on a weekly basis and they will say they “need the cash to come in” - Despite following the handbook and providing a two-week notice, employment was terminated immediately although I took a pay cut for this role
