Ventajas
- Work/life balance (Company encourages work/life balance. ESPP is offered to provide employees a discount on the company stocks) - Vacation policy (one of the best vacation policies. employees get anywhere between 4-6 weeks of vacation per year. the max out rate for vacation is very high.) - Strong management (this is not a company where organizational changes happen often. If organizational changes do happen, it is done for a good cause and employees are not left dissatisfied by it)
Desventajas
- Little career growth opportunities (The company's structured such that there are not that many tiers in the organization structure.) - Very little training/development or educational resources made available (company doesn't offer many educational/training options to employees and is very restrictive in paying towards education/training) - Recognition and Rewards are rare (while recognition and rewards is largely dependant on management, company doesn't encourage all managers to follow this technique to boost employee morale) - Team building efforts are not strongly practised (some teams have team building efforts like once in a 3-6 month period. most teams don't have any team building efforts.)
