CEO and company is generous enough to give adequate compensations
Desventajas
Poor management skills and technical capabilities on customer support. Support Manager are not technical but pretended to know everything . Can only manage junior engineers who are from integration and testing background. Lack of full understanding of data flow to solve problems . The credit of easy fixes is taken and difficult one is thrown to who actually is to be blamed. A lot of the fixes for customer only cover the surface fix. No one is able and willing to solve the root problem.
