      Ventajas

      Todo el mundo parece preocuparse genuinamente por lo que hace y no hay ego (¡de lo que he sido testigo hasta ahora!) Una cultura de empresa saludable es enorme para mí y desde mi primera entrevista hasta el día de hoy me ha impresionado lo lejos que llega la empresa. para asegurar que su gente esté en el centro de todo. Hay muchas oportunidades de crecimiento y autonomía, pero con el nivel adecuado de orientación. En general, estoy muy contento de trabajar aquí y haber conocido a gente encantadora, mientras aprendía sobre una nueva industria.

      Desventajas

      Hay bastantes procesos que parecen un poco desactualizados, pero para contrarrestar que hay conversaciones sobre cómo mejorarlos. Estandarizar algunos de ellos realmente ayudaría y garantizaría que todos estén en la misma página.

We totally get your point about processes and we hope that some of the initiatives we have in the pipeline in the next quarter will help with that. Your comments on remote on-boarding are spot on - we’ve been really keen to help new recruits who join in Covid times feel part of the team but it is a learning curve and your feedback will help us improve the experience for future team members.       Ventajas

      Working at this small tech company in Brighton has been a great experience. The company culture is fantastic, with lots of social events and a fun, friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to meet new people and make friends. They are very supportive of various humanitarian projects, which is something I truly appreciate. The team is always helpful, and stakeholders are open-minded and receptive to new ideas, fostering a very innovative environment. Overall, it's a wonderful workplace with plenty of personal and professional growth opportunities.
