Flexible working hours & working from home occasionally is appreciated. Annual bonus based on company performance. Regular company-funded events/nights out.

Desventajas

Not the quickest to identify & adopt changes in the industry. Their main competitors have the advantage of larger teams & external funding.

Ventajas

Working at this small tech company in Brighton has been a great experience. The company culture is fantastic, with lots of social events and a fun, friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to meet new people and make friends. They are very supportive of various humanitarian projects, which is something I truly appreciate. The team is always helpful, and stakeholders are open-minded and receptive to new ideas, fostering a very innovative environment. Overall, it's a wonderful workplace with plenty of personal and professional growth opportunities.
