Ventajas
I have be working here nearly more than 5 year and its close to 6 years.. Botcode is the place of opportunities for those who crave to learn new things and grow in your career. From my end, i can say that I have got wide knowledge experience in different type of Language Frameworks and now I have great confidence I can survive in any company. Its the most comfort place for a fresher to start from scratch and move on top. Everyone will love to work here if they like to learn.
Desventajas
Only concern is work politics, its all over the entire IT industry. Here only problem is the some people who think that they know everything always dominate the rest and taking all credits which is also good by the way since the dominated person by the way will learn new things or move to a better company based on what they have learned here.
