Ventajas
Flexible-ish schedule, decent coworkers. It's a great place if you need something simple to make some extra money as a student. They offer some perks, but they're not great. There are company events that are supposed to be fun reward type of things, but honestly I would rather they spend that money paying their employees what they're worth. Same with the stupid tumbler cups. I don't need 15 mugs that have the company logo on them. I would rather have a raise that's not some arbitrary number like eight cents.
Desventajas
Literally zero chances of moving up in the company. Most of the employees that have gone through left at the same position they started in. Pay is pretty terrible for the work. I believe my entire department is gone now, but when it was still around it was a literal website template mill. Build a website but don't you dare spend more than half an hour on each page.
