• Training support and Google meet events weekly for both NEW and existing employees • streamlined POS system • Opportunities for growth and different areas of expertise • DISH owned, so you can choose corporate, sales, marketing, and many other pathways to grow in the company

Desventajas

• low stock and inventory for smaller stores and small owned businesses • high turnover rate— I worked on my own most of the time, with the exception of one other part time employee.

They pay me on time.

Desventajas

Horrendous benefits. It's essentially emergency insurance. They pay for very little of it and there is no option besides the high deductible plan. They want to be a modern company while having a culture from the 1980s.
